PARSONS CHAIR
May 2024

“Parsons Chair” is an interlocking collection of chairs created by Jisu Han Jung at Parsons in 2024, they are inspired by the Parsons Table made at the Parsons Paris in the 1930s.

One chair represents himself, while the others represent his friends, his parents, and Parsons faculty members. On its own, it’s unable to stand. They must unite and rely on one another to function, combining to form a physical representation of cooperation and community.
